By accessing or using yet.report ("the Service"), operated by Yet Another Artificial Intelligence Company (SARL-S), a company registered in Luxembourg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

yet.report is an online tool that converts text content into professionally formatted PDF documents using AI-powered formatting. The Service is currently in beta.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems to excessively access the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Your content: You retain all rights to the content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your PDF.

Our service: The yet.report name, logo, and service are our intellectual property. The underlying technology, design, and code remain our property.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results will be accurate or meet your requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
